Biography
Attorney-at-Law Talip Şahin, who continues his professional legal practice under the Antalya Bar Association, completed his legal education at Hasan Kalyoncu University Faculty of Law with a high level of academic awareness. Throughout his undergraduate studies, he focused on legal ethics, judicial integrity, and the legal foundations of the attorney–client relationship, earning numerous competency certificates through active participation and success in professional development seminars.
Practice
Following his graduation, Attorney Şahin shaped his professional career in Alanya, where he successfully completed his mandatory legal traineeship and formally entered professional legal practice. Today, as the founder of Berta Law & Consultancy, he provides not only legal representation but also strategic, preventive, and results-driven legal consultancy services.
Approach
Serving a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, Attorney Şahin provides professional legal services including residence and work permits, Turkish citizenship application processes, legal status management of foreign individuals and legal entities in Türkiye, title deed cancellation and registration lawsuits, property management, real estate acquisition by foreigners, lease disputes, corporate legal consultancy, drafting and review of contracts, and collection of commercial receivables.
